International Music Festival "ZHARA" takes place at the coast of Caspian Sea in Baku every summer. "ZHARA" is four days of hot concerts painted in unique colors of the sunset, indispensable fashion shows by famous artists, celebrities and VIP guests on the red carpet, unforgettable parties and film premieres, as well as tens of thousands of spectators and millions of TV viewers.
Please note that since “ZHARA 2019” is four days festival, the tour dates can be extended per your request, which will include only accommodation and transfer services in the program.
Sightseeing:
You will witness the past, present and amazing future of Baku in Half-Day Baku City tour. If you want to learn more about the extraordinary city, this part of the program is for you. You will discover the different sights of Baku situated both in ancient part of city called “Ichari Shahar” and more contemporary parts of seaside boulevard, beautiful parks with unforgettable views and historical buildings. See panorama of the city and enjoy a walk in the city boulevard. You will get a chance to see old parts of the city as well as modern buildings located nearby. Flame Towers and the city bay panorama will make your tour exquisite and memorable. Baku Venice is located in the boulevard. The car will pass by the ancient and mystical monument, the Maiden Tower, a must-see ancient monument included in the UNESCO Historical Heritage List. You will hear about its history, different stories about its real architect and legends behind it. Sightseeing is included:
Boat Trip
A favorite resting place of the Baku residents and capital guests is Boulevard (seafront). From the boulevard you can also make a real sea-voyage by pleasure-boat along the Baku Bay. During such boat tour a guide will put up the tourists with interesting facts and legends from the Caspian Sea history.
This little ferry is a great way to understand the scope of the harbor. Weekends see the boats fill with locals, families and young couples, amusingly causing the vessel to list from one side to the other as they tussle for the best views of the city.
Little Venice
On the shady part of the park near Azneft Square there is a place that will bring anyone from sunny Baku to sunny Venice.
Baku’s Venice was constructed in 1960 by Baku mayor Alish Lambaranski, who visited Venice and was impressed by its beauty that he aimed to recreate its charm back at home. He decided to create such a wonderful scenery in his city and soon the seaside park in Baku was the only park in the Soviet Union with such an attraction.
The outstanding European city on the shore of the Caspian Sea offers restaurants and blue channels with gondolas. The so-called ‘Little Venice’ has immediately become the favorite leisure place for locals and tourists.

Gobustan National Park
Officially Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is a hill and mountain site occupying the southeast end of the Greater Caucasus mountain ridge. It is located west of the settlement of Gobustan, about 40 miles (64 km) southwest of Baku city center on the west bank of the Caspian Sea.
In 1966, Gobustan was declared a national historical landmark of Azerbaijan in an attempt to preserve the ancient carvings, relics, mud volcanoes and gas-stones in the region. In 2007, Gobustan was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site considered to be of "outstanding universal value"" for the quality and density of its rock art engravings depicting images of hunting, fauna, flora and lifestyles in pre-historic times and for the cultural continuity between prehistoric and medieval times that the site reflects.
“Ateshgah the Fire Worshippers Temple”
It was built in 17th and 18th centuries is the most fascinating place in Absheron peninsula. The temple ceased to be a place of worship after 1883 with the installation of petroleum plants at Surakhany. The complex was turned into a museum in 1975. The annual number of visitors to the museum is 15,000.
"Yanardag"
You will learn legends about Burning Mountain - Yanardag, the most famous 'eternal flame' in Azerbaijan; it was lit in the 1950s by a shepherd on the side of the hill. It is one of the few fire mountains that exist today. Yanardag Mountain with natural gas burning for several thousands of years.
