The Sederek shopping centre is located in the suburbs of Baku in the Lokbatan district on the south west side of town. It covers an area of more than 100 hectares and is considered to be a major centre in the South Caucasus. This complex includes over 12,000 retail and wholesale outlets, a produce market, one-storey wholesale storehouse and more. There are a lot of shops for clothes, textiles, shoes, leather, furs, household appliances and crockery etc from many of the worlds leading brand names.
"Sederek" Shopping Center has started its activities in 1995 near Bina, because of involving construction and city beautification, in April 2009, moved to Lokbatan. With the support of the firm's management Sederek entrepreneurs were able to establish partnerships with several leading factories and countries like the U.S., France, Italy, China, Greece, Russia, Turkey, Iran, the Czech Republic, Poland, with which they cooperate to this day. As a result of this cooperation, prices in the region fell by 30% -40 %, while in the mall was a high degree of quality of sold goods, imported from many foreign countries. Today Sederek Shopping Center is a center for wholesale business not only in Azerbaijan, but also in our neighbors Georgia and the Republic of Dagestan, located in the South Caucasus region.
