Guba - one of the biggest cities in Azerbaijan. The city is located 170 km to the north of Baku right on the charming hillsides. In the past it was the capital of Guba khanate which was founded in the mid-18th century. Guba is pretty and lovely with its green nature, lighting forests and extraordinary mountain areas which is a part of range of Caucasus mountains. The unequaled beauty of the local mountains was admired by such famous people as Alexander Duma-father, the Russian writer Bestuzhev-Marlinsky, the Norwegian traveler Tor Heerdal and others. The beautiful Guba carpets are symbols of Guba.
The National Azerbaijan Golf Club, with its International Golf Design, Jon Hunt, is the nation's first golfing layout and one of the world's most eagerly-awaited designs. Designed by International Golf Design and laid out by Total Golf Construction, the course has been precisely situated to take pleasure from astonishing views over the Caucasus Mountains, which overlook the landscape. In its scenic valley between mountain and sea, the 18-hole layout winds its way through the apple orchards and across a deep ravine, skirting an unveiled shallow of native rock - an imposing feature of the course. A bay makes its road across the amazing valley, connecting several incredible lakes, one of which features on the final two holes, making for an attractive and sparkling closing distance.

09:00 - Pick up time - Transfer to the Guba Golf Club - Drive through Red Town (Girmizi Gesebe), the biggest encampment of Mountain Jews in Azerbaijan: Mono-national place, where the particular traditions of Azerbaijani Jews, the so-called Mountain Jews, are conserved - Travel through the ancient bridge over the river Gudyal between the city of Guba and the settlement of Fatali Khan (Red Town) - Acquaintance with the city of Guba, local culture and way of life.
